Disappointing! User ( 04:24) Please take note that this is not a real Apple Store, they are only "Authorized Retailers" operated by the Core Group they are only authorized to sell Apple products and do not have the depth of knowledge you expect at a real Apple Store and although it may look like any other Apple Store in the world just realize that it is not that. Not much hope that they will be able to effect the required repairs. I also had no success to contact the store on Live Chat. Store should make its telephone number available. Tried to call the store to find out but got connected to the international call center. User ( 20:50) I have to take my iMac in for repairs and needed to know whether I have to bring the power cable etc along. This she would have established if she had taken the trouble just to open my computer before insisting on a password.

She was unnecessarily pedantic about how the procedure of appointments works which made my wife drive back to where I was working to get my password which wasn't necessary. I went home (40 kilometers!) and the problem that I had reported to her was still not fixed. She was not really interested in listening to my problem. User ( 03:36) Very unfriendly and unmotivated lady assistant. Then you have to hold on for this person to contact the branch and get the required information. Branches cannot be contacted, as they do not have phones. User ( 15:46) How bad can it get!!!!!! First you listen to the "book" before you are informed of the ext number and someone answers the phone, who cannot give you all the required information. Aqeela served me and I explained that after all the reviews on google where 1 star and did she think she could manage a 3 star service lol.To my suprise a 5 star service was delivered, her knowlege of the i mac and the new Ipone 8 and 10 was good and her effort to process my purchases swiftly was 10/10. User ( 14:43) I read through all the 1 star reviews but yet still went to have a look. i want another so i have to schlep into store again. i was told by customer service there was no stock, went in and took a chance. wish we could call the store directly to find out about stock. I thought do i really want to spend my money here? No, i don.t Read reviews and stop to support shops that are not able to respect you're money you spend at their shop.
This morning i was looking for something i want to purches and when i read the reviews and about the lady and her watch. Able to go beyond the usual tech jargon and help the tron challenged to understand better.

Do you realize how many bad reviews is on Hellopeter about istore? istore has the worst customer service ever!! User ( 20:31) Worst service of all istore outlets I have visited in SA.
